Chimichurri Blend
This is a dry blend of the traditional Argentinean sauce used on grilled meats. It includes parsley, cilantro, garlic, onion, oregano, smoked paprika, tomatillo, red wine vinegar, basil, cumin, and bay leaves. Sprinkle it over meat, poultry, and fish, or whisk it into a homemade vinaigrette. For the traditional sauce, mix together 1 tablespoon Jansal Valley Chimichurri Blend with 1 tablespoon water, then whisk the mixture vigorously into 2 tablespoons olive oil.
